Leadership development programmes

Starr Performance designs and delivers off the shelf and bespoke leadership development programmes for senior and director level leaders in line with your organisation’s strategic aims and the organisational culture that you wish to see lived across your organisation. These programmes can involve stand-alone workshop style interventions and may also include action learning sets and individual coaching. 360 reviews and psychometric profiling can also be included as part of the offering.
